Attention VET providers: BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)

The Assistant Minister for International Education has made a legislative instrument to suspend and cancel the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) registration of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) course: BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) (GDML) under the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act). From 5 October 2026 , CRICOS providers will NOT be able to issue new Confirmations of Enrolment (CoEs) for, enrol new overseas students in, or commence overseas students who have not yet commenced in, the GDML. Providers can continue to deliver the GDML to existing overseas students who commenced the course before 5 October 2026. Providers have obligations under the ESOS framework to affected current and prospective students, including any applicable notification, placement and refund obligations. Providers should read the published guidance and take immediate steps to comply.
